1. No Refunds or Exchanges – All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless required by law.

2. Event Changes – The event schedule, lineup, and performers are subject to change without notice. The event organizers are not responsible for any changes beyond their control.

3. Admission Requirements – Entry may be subject to security screening and venue policies. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove individuals for disruptive behavior, noncompliance with event rules, or other reasons deemed necessary.

4. Assumption of Risk – Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage. The organizers, venue, and affiliates are not liable for any such incidents.

5. Recording & Photography – By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in event-related media, including photographs, videos, and live streams, without compensation.

6. Force Majeure – The organizers are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond their control. In such cases, refund policies will be determined at the discretion of the organizers.

7. Ticket Resale & Transfer – Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in ticket cancellation without refund. Tickets may not be used for promotional or commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Compliance with Laws & Policies – Attendees must comply with all applicable laws, venue policies, and event rules. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without a refund.
